During spring break of my sophomore year of high school, I had an irresistible urge to volunteer and searched for volunteer activities and organizations, but could not find any. Accordingly I decided to found JUSTER.

My dream is to change Japan from various aspects. When I went to the U.S. for about a month, he realized how great Japan is, but he also realized what is wrong with Japan, and that is why he has this dream.

JUSTER is one of the actions to change Japan. In my opinion, volunteering can raise one's self-esteem. In this time of low self-esteem, I believe that volunteering can raise self-esteem and increase the number of people who feel happy, which is why I am expanding JUSTER throughout Japan.
